The easiest way to enter the Coalville Santa Run is to complete the online form at the bottom of this page, completing all required fields. We only need the name and address details of the main entrant and then select the number of entries that you would like to sign up. Once you submit the form it will take you through to the payment page where you will be able to pay through SumUp with all major debit/credit cards. The payment fee is included in the entry price.
Price’s for this years event. Children will receive a Santa Hat and adults have the option for entry with or without a suit but suits are to be worn to keep with the Christmas spirit

Once payment has been received you will receive an email with your entry confirmation and joining instructions. Once entered you will need to come and Suits/Hats from our address or from our Stand at Christmas in Coalville. Please ensure you collect the Suits/Hats for all of your party registered against your name.
We would recommend entering in plenty of time as we only have a limited number of places available. If we still have some spare places on the day of the event we may accept entries on the day but the only way to guarantee your place is to enter in advance.
We would like to encourage people to collect sponsorship for taking part in this event to help us to raise even more money for these fantastic causes.
Once you’ve collected your sponsorship money then we would appreciate it if completed sponsor forms could be posted to Patrick Tyers, 40 Crescent Road Hugglescote, Coalville LE67 2BB. This will enable us to also claim gift aid where appropriate. Cheques should be made payable to ??.

All entrants listed are medically fit to run and that entry is at entrants own risk. They understand that the organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred during or as a result of the ‘Coalville Santa Run’ or for any property lost, stolen or damaged. I agree to abide by the Highway Code, the Country Code and the event rules as displayed on the website and at the venue. There will be no refund if the event is cancelled or in the event of a no show.
I understand that children under the age of 11 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the course.
Please note that this event uses public footpaths, not the road. At minor road crossings, marshals will advise when it is safe to cross but priority will be given to road traffic. The event does not have sole use of the footpaths and entrants do not have right of way and must be mindful of other users.
