The easiest way to enter Hugglescote Grange 5k Run is to enter via the sign up link below and completing all required fields. We only need the name and address details of the main entrant and then select the number of entries that you would like to sign up. Once you submit the form it will take you through to the payment page where you will be able to pay through SumUp with all major debit/credit cards. The payment fee is included in the entry price.

If you wish to enter using a paper entry form instead, these are also available to download our form Sign up Form. Once completed, forms and a cheque made payable to Patrick Tyers will need to be sent to:

Once payment has been received you will receive an email with your entry confirmation and joining instructions. O

We would like to encourage people to collect sponsorship for taking part in this event to help us to raise even more money for these fantastic causes.

Once you’ve collected your sponsorship money then we would appreciate it if completed sponsor forms could be posted to Patrick Tyers, 40 Crescent Road Hugglescote, Coalville LE67 2BB. This will enable us to also claim gift aid where appropriate..

All entrants listed are medically fit to run and that entry is at entrants own risk. They understand that the organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred during or as a result of the ‘Hugglescote Grange 5k’ or for any property lost, stolen or damaged. I agree to abide by the Highway Code, the Country Code and the event rules as displayed on the website and at the venue. There will be no refund if the event is cancelled or in the event of a no show.

I understand that children under the age of 11 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the course.

Please note that this event uses public footpaths, not the road. At minor road crossings, marshals will advise when it is safe to cross but priority will be given to road traffic. The event does not have sole use of the footpaths and entrants do not have right of way and must be mindful of other users.
